Kathleen has over 30 years of experience in the human resources field, primarily in the media/entertainment sector.
Most recently, Kathleen was employed at Viacom CBS as director, human resources/generalist for WCBS-TV and director of human resources at Sony Music Entertainment Inc. Kathleen has a proven track record as a business partner handling responsibilities ranging from recruitment and retention, employee relations, diversity/outreach, performance management, compensation, and coaching/mentoring managers and employees at all levels in an organization. She has developed human resources functions, policies and procedures, and supports business and strategic decision making. She holds a B.A. in human resources management.
She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the American Compensation Association.
