Dr. Jarecki is a world-renowned entrepreneur and investor who has founded successful enterprises in such diverse industries as metals and commodities trading, biotechnology, and telecommunications. Most notably, he was the chairman and lead investor of MovieFone.
Prior to his career in finance, Dr. Jarecki was on the faculty of the Yale University School of Medicine, where he remains professor of psychiatry and a member of the Advisory Council of the Department of Psychiatry. With Dr. Thomas Detre, he was author of the textbook “Modern Psychiatric Treatment.”
