Henry Jarecki, M.D.
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Henry Jarecki is a world-renowned entrepreneur and investor who has founded successful enterprises in such diverse industries as metals and commodities trading, biotechnology, and telecommunications. Most notably, he was the Chairman and lead investor of MovieFone. Prior to his career in finance, Dr. Jarecki was on the faculty of the Yale University School of Medicine, where he remains Professor of Psychiatry and a member of the Advisory Council of the Department of Psychiatry. With Dr. Thomas Detre, he was author of the textbook “Modern Psychiatric Treatment.”

Benjamin S. Bunney, M.D.
Dr. Benjamin S. Bunney, scientific co-founder of PsychoGenics, is the Charles B.G. Murphy Professor and Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine. His professional honors include the Daniel H. Efron Award for Research from the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ACNP) and the Lieber Prize for Research from the National Alliance for Research on Schizophrenia and Depression. He is a Past-President of the ACNP. Dr. Bunney is also a cofounder of Neurogen Corporation.

Thomas Detre, M.D.
Dr. Thomas Detre is Emeritus Distinguished Senior Vice Chancellor for Health Sciences and Emeritus Distinguished Service Professor of Psychiatry of the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Detre has held numerous appointments at the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He was also a past President of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology and served on the faculty of Yale University.

Daniel Goodman, M.D., M.B.A.
Dr. Daniel Goodman, co-founder and former CEO of PsychoGenics, pursues professional interests in biotechnology, clinical psychiatry, and psychopharmacology. Dr. Goodman maintains an active psychiatric practice and is a member of the Psychiatry Department at Cornell University Medical College. He is a graduate of Cambridge University, Harvard Medical School, and Columbia Business School. He is also a co-founder of Resolvyx Pharmaceuticals.

Stephen Gross
Mr. Stephen Gross was Director of Marketing at Morgens, Waterfall, Vintiadis and Company, Inc. (MWV). Prior to MWV, Mr. Gross was co-founder of Evaluation Associates, which evolved as an independent entity from Paine Webber’s financial services department where he had previously worked. Mr. Gross is an Advisory Committee member of the Yale Department of Psychiatry and a Board member of Odyssey House, the Herbert G. Birch Agency and the West Side YMCA. He is a graduate of The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

George McLaughlin, M.B.A.
Mr. George McLaughlin, Chairman of the Board, American Specialty Foods, Inc., is former President of Mocatta Metals Corporation, a world leader in gold bullion trading. Mr. McLaughlin has founded and managed several highly successful start-up companies in the consumer products and financing industries. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
